Key Milestones

• 1987.12.26: THREAD Industrial Co., Ltd. was established with a vision for global market leadership in infrastructural and industrial motor parts.
• 1996.11: Achieved ISO 9002 certification, marking a significant step forward in our company-wide quality management system.
• 1998.08: Our laboratory received CNLA certification, demonstrating a mature quality system and the capability to provide trustworthy inspection reports to customers.
• 1999.04.01: Established our sister company, Extend Forming Industrial Co., Ltd., to focus on the specialized production of auto parts and hydraulic fittings.
• 2002.10: Upgraded our quality certification to ISO 9001:2000.
• 2003.03.01: Opened THREAD Industries (Vietnam) Ltd., our first overseas factory, initially manufacturing nuts in a 5,000-square-meter facility.
• 2004.06: Relocated and expanded our Vietnam operations to a 40,000-square-meter facility in Binh Duong Province, adding bolts and small screws to the production line for export to Japan, the US, and Europe.
• 2007.06: Extend Forming Industrial Co., Ltd. earned TS16949 certification, solidifying its position as a key supplier for renowned automobile and hydraulic fitting companies.
• 2007.07: THREAD Industrial Co., Ltd. achieved TS16949 certification, enhancing our competitiveness and aligning our operations with the stringent demands of the global automotive industry.
• 2007.07: Celebrated our 20th anniversary, reaffirming our commitment to continuous improvement and permanent enterprise operation.
